Hi,
I don't think you would be eligible to apply for this course as there are certain core courses that are required by you to be completed in order to be eligible for this program. Provided you have completed those courses, you are eligible; else you are not.

Provided you have not studies the courses, i would recommend you to pursue a post graduate diploma in computers and then apply for this program at this university next year.
