There are various scholarships option available at Aston like :- SEAS International Student Scholarship, SEAS/Interdisciplinary Studies International Student Scholarship, Life & Health Sciences International Student Scholarship.also there are external scholarships for Indian students as well which has been offered by British Council or Rotary International Study Scholarships .
School of Engineering and Applied Science (SEAS) International Scholarship Scheme offers a GBP3000 annual award to those international students proven to excel in their subject area. However this is purely based on merit. Kindly refer this link for more

BSc Degree in Multimedia & Animation is being offered by State Govt University of Tamilnadu- MSU. For details on University Programs visit -

or download prospectus from MSU Website-
http://www.msuniv.ac.in/aptech.aspx. Graduation course duration is three year
Its similar to BA/BCom/BSc, but Arena is an onsite Academic Campus of University

You need to contact your Osmania university if they can allow you to continue, which I think would be very difficult.
You may have to either start fresh in some other college or may be the same university or search for institutes which premit lateral entry to 2nd year directly. Continuing from 3rd year onwards is not permitted anywhere as far as my knowledge goes on this matter. You may contact Manipal Engineering college (Karnataka) as they have the provision for permitting lateral enteries.
You have another option in the form of acquring BCA degree through distance education.
You may have to either start fresh in some other college or may be the same university or search for institutes which premit lateral entry to 2nd year directly.
