1. It is a full time degree
2. It has approval from UK government
3. It is of minimum 2 years duration

Changing college under the purview of the same university is also tedious but possible,
But a candidate can transfer college in another university only in the following circumstances most of the time :
(i) If he/she has fallen ill after joining the source institute.
(ii) In the eventuality of death(s) of both parent(s)/guardian(s), or the parent(s) is/are suffering from diseases like Cancer and AIDS, the candidate may seek transfer to an institute near his/her permanent residence.
(iii) In the event of harassment of a female student
Still its better if you contact & take the advice directly from the university in M.P
