If you are based in Kolkata, you can try Shri Shikshayatan College or Jaipuria College. Both are good colleges with minimal fees.

MS stands for Master of Science. They are research oriented degrees, theoretical in nature. If you are interested for MBA, you must go by the way of work experience or look for low ranked universities, which is not recommended. MS Management degree are also abundant in UK, these degrees are designed for freshers and you may consider the same.
