Can you specify the name of the country? Generally, the universities have their own scholarship schemes and they award them to the most outstanding candidate. They are merit-based.

Yes, you can obviously pursue it but you need to learn every concept of accounting, tax, laws etc. from the scrap. I have seen 100s of commerce graduates not able to clear CA exam after 5-6 years. So, kindly research a bit before you make your decision because if you make a wrong decision here it will cost you your whole life. Think about it see if you can reach somewhere with your MCA career. What do you exactly want to do among working in corporate after MCA or CA by devoting a minimum of 3-4 years of your life. All the best.

Sure, you can pursue MBA. MBA is a degree that can be pursued with any graduation stream with minimum of 50%-60% of aggregate degree marks, as per the requirement of the colleges/universities that you are applying for. Universities offer many specialisations like Product Design, Fashion Design, Industrial Design, Textile Design, Fashion Communication etc. It totally depends on college to college or university to university where you are taking an admission and on the basis of specialisation. Basic B. Des eligibility is the completion of Class 12th with minimum of 50% in any stream or Diploma in Design.

The main difference between doing CPL in India and abroad is only flying training. In other countries like USA, Canada, New Zealand you will get new aircraft and qualified instructors. Facilities are much better then in India. You can complete your training faster then in India.
