Yes, you can definitely get admission. If you want to do Masters, you have to apply for GRE, TOEFL and IELTS as per college requirements because it matters more than your B.Tech pass out marks. So, try to score good in those exams and short list some colleges as per region in which you want to study in abroad. Check their eligibility criteria and try to secure scholarship because fee is so high abroad. You can find scholarship information on college websites.
Best of luck.

They are almost similar although just some difference of the subjects.
If you are not keen interested in computer languages & computers, I don't recommend B.Tech in CSE or IT because in today's world, there is a huge crowd of students in CSE and in near future there will be very tough competition in IT field.
So, think twice before taking CSE or IT.
Keep the below mentioned points in mind:
1. In most of the colleges first of all CSE seats are filled.
2. Most of the girls do engineering only in CSE, IT or ECE.
3. Intermediate commerce students have the option to do BCA, which makes IT field more competitive.
4. Almost each student wants to be

Without any fee is not an option, countries like Germany, Poland etc. do offer free of cost education but you must bear at least the living expenses. Find out about education loan, if you have a good profile you can obtain scholarships too.

Yes, Sweden is a good place for MS in computer science and in terms of jobs, again it is a great place. But, cost of education is very high as well living expenses. You need around 30 lacs or more. So, instead of Sweden, you can choose Canada and USA (with scholarship) at a cheaper price and opportunities are also better than Sweden. Sweden degrees are worldwide valid. So, don't worry.
