I don't know if Australia provides the best job opportunities or not but what I have heard is that there are strict policies against foreigners. But there are some good universities as well. As far as MBA is concerned, the best countries in the world map are USA and UK and after them, Germany and India are in the queue.

You must think about a distance degree course only if you are working currently. But if you are not working then you must plan about studying full time keeping in mind the shift in career that you may get after a regular MBA. Coming back to Ural Federal University, it is one of the top universities in Russia. All the best.

Although, MCA and B.Tech gives you almost the same salary and job opportunities, I would recommend B.Tech as it will save your 2 years and in the industry a B.Tech and a MCA graduate is placed at the same level.
