The most important thing which you need to keep in mind while choosing your career field is your own interests and career aspirations. Think over the field which you are passionate about that you feel you can excel in and make your decision. Both B.Tech in Civil Engineering and MBA are fields which offer bright career opportunities so in case you are inclined towards Technical career go for Civil Engineering on the other hand if you feel Management is your forte and you want to be a leader, go for MBA.
I would like to add here that if you want to do Management programme opt for a decent Institute like IIMs, FMS, MDI, S.P.Jain, NMIMS etc. as doing MBA through a low rung University would not give you much return on investment, so to get a right kind of job opportunities and better Management exposure choose you B-School carefully.

As clearly stated by you that you have taken up a B.Sc degree in Information Systems and Management, with this as a graduate degree, you can take up Masters in ISM or look for MBA program in IT / IS for if you are keen to secure a career in Management stream. Hi, in today's time, there is a lot of scope in almost every field. I would say it just depends upon your interest. For your query, I would advice you to opt for the dual specialization only if you believe that you can perform and score well as it gets tougher by doubling the burden with marketing and retail together. Things are totally opposite if you compare both dual and single specialization courses. Pursuing only dual specialization won’t help attain a good job. It depends on how you have handled the stress , understood the subject and scored well. It is your hard work and determination that would pay you at the end.
