You can try for PhD in all the universites mentioned above. However normally students dont get funding when applied from india. this is because the funding agenceis may different from University. Also you ahve to apply for reaearch degree with you research proposal which should meet their expectation.
Alternatively you can apply for one year research degree that is called MRes. ot MPhil. this will be first year of PhD. By doing this your PhD will be reduced to two years and then is easy for you to get funding

Hi Suresh,
It would be quite difficult to make this career transition that too after completing your graduation in Engineering, I would instead suggest to stay in the same stream as that of current. Engineering in itself offers great career options, also if you are looking for Government services, you can sit for the UPSC exams as well and in there you can take any subject as per your preference to write the exam.
Kindly revert for any further queries and also if you find this answer to be satisfactory, please close this question by rating the above answer as the 'Best Answer'.

Hi,
There are many good universities in Australia which offers undergraduate course in nursing.
In order to pursue undergraduate nursing course , you need to have Chemistry and Biology as mandatory subjects in 12th.
As you have completed 12th with arts stream, it would be advisable to purse undergraduate course in arts or related fields.
I hope this answers your query.
