As per your query it seems that you wish to pursue master degree from universities in US so regarding this please remember for admission in masters program 12th marks is of not that much importance.
You need to have good marks in undergraduate degree, as you have 80% in BE you have a good chance of getting admission in US universities provided you score high marks in GRE and TOEFL test too.
So do not worry focus on your BE and try have 80% plus marks in BE, and with this if you have good marks in GRE and TOEFL then you may surely get admission in good university of your choice.
Please remember application deadlines in American universities for international students are set by the department delivering each program, and these deadlines may be as early as 12 months before the program begins.
So, in order to know the exact application deadline it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall,universities in US have 2 admission intake in a year namely:
- Fall(September) intake.
- Spring(January) intake.
So it would be always advisable to take GRE and TOEFL test atleast 4-5 months in advance of your planned admission intake.
In most of the universities the deadline for fall intake is July and for spring intake it is November.

As per your profile you are eligible for pursuing both the program you mentioned i.e distance MBA and part time MBA program.
However please remember in order to pursue MBA through part time mode you need to have bachelors degree from a recognized University with atleast 2 years of work experience after graduation in the executive or supervisory cadre.
Please note that the eligibility criteria for admission may differ from institute to institute.
So if you have atlest 2 years of work experience in that case pursuing part time MBA program would be the best option for you.
However if you have less then two years of work experience in that case you may consider pursuing distance MBA program as work experience is not required for getting admission in this program.
