Generally, Master degree prefer if candidate have completed his Graduation and Post Graduation too. If you are having MCA then you will get good offer in IT companies as developer but having BBA degree won't give you much offer with MCA. Both are different from each other, one is going Management side and other to Computer application. Instead, B.tech+MBA has good scope for getting lots of opportunities with high package.
Regarding Salary, it depends on Company reputation. MCA candidate can earn good stipned if working in TCS, WIPRO etc. high reputed IT companies! It is better to go for MBS after completing BBA .

Mainly difference, first is Bachelor degree(B.tech) and MCA is Master degree. Now, Job opportunities will be kept more with B.tech degree candidate with demand too if compare with MCA.
Definitely, B.Tech CSE and IT candidate getting good offer with high package in IT industry than MCA candidate. B.Tech candidates keep all over the knowledge regarding Computer knowledge, languages, coding or, extra too that help them to being a superior among all.
It is my advice to go for MBA, after completing BBA!
