This unique management course is designed for students who are interested in pursuing Bachelors in Management followed by an MBA. Also, many institutes these days are offering an Integrated BBA+MBA that can be completed in three years, especially meant for those who are not so keen on spending three years for Bachelors and then another two years doing MBA.
Very few institutes offer this course in India as this a new approach. However, this is a very industry oriented course and aims to develop management skills in an individual from the grass root level. With the completion of this course one would be completely ready to face the challenges of the competitive corporate world.
The duration of the course is usually 5 yrs (BBA 3 yrs and MBA 2 yrs) but, as mentioned many institutes offer a 3 year integrated BBA+MBA.

Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) is recognised by UGC. Providing a major relief to Lacs of students who depend on distant learning, the University Grants Commission (UGC) has granted recognition to Karnataka State Open University (KSOU). The UGC had issued a public notice dated 16.6.2015 informing the students not to seek admissions in KSOU since it is de-recognised with retrospective effect from the academic year 2013-2014. In an official note issued by UGCs Distance Education Bureau yesterday, the KSOU has been granted permission to run courses from the 2018-2019 to 2022-2023 academic year. The move comes after there were several deliberations that KSOU officials had with the UGC authorities earlier this week. However, the UGC order does not speak about the recognition to courses that were offered in the past and where students are struggling to get their marks card validated. What is still a matter of concern is the fate of old students who had enrolled in courses with KSOU. Hope it helps.

Congratulations on making a wise decision of pursuing Company Secretary as a professional qualification.
After you enroll with ICSI, you will receive study material for the examination. If you do regular and disciplined self-study from the study material while using standard reference books for practice, you will have enough content to pass the exams.
However, certain subjects require conceptual clarity and depending on your personal learning style you might require tuition or coaching. ICSI offers a few contact classes for the same. You can also join a subject wise tuition class available in all cities of India.
There is another option I would like to share. If you are planning to do CS at undergraduate level consider TKWs Institute of Banking & Finance, New Delhi. This Nabet recognised program offers a triple qualification with integrated CS. This means that a student can pursue B.Com Hons from DU, Advanced Diploma in Banking & Finance together with CS from ICSI.
Given all the options finally it is practice that matters. Whichever option you choose, I strongly recommend that you do several practice mock tests for a few months before the exam. This will surely increase your chances of success in CS examination.
