By the time you complete your MBA, you will know your career plans. Accordingly, you can decide which course you need to pursue. The question you are posting can have no specific answer and is very generic. On basis do I suggest you any course? So it is better you figure out your goals and interest. Since you are a graduate, you can do a Masters programme in HM. No need to go for a B.Sc/BA in HM. You can go for M.Sc/MA in HM from a good institute.
M.Sc will be definitely better than Diploma as it will give you a faster career growth and a Degree is always valued more than a Diploma.

You can check colleges under SPP like Fleming, Fanshawe, Humber, George Brown, etc. for your Diploma program. The value has different perspectives and differ from people to people especially in India. If you are going abroad to study it is better you study a regular course because you are investing your money.

Common recruiters for B.El.Ed are schools (private, government and community run), NGOs, nursery, daycare centres and tuition classes.
B.El.Ed. graduates may go for roles like Teacher, Assistant Teacher, Instructor, Tutor, Student Counselor and Curriculum developer.
You could even do M.El.Ed which would further your avenues.
