It might not be a very good idea to do for PhD in clinical psychology after doing MBA unless you think that for you that is the best way or the only way out. Think again. However, for doing PhD you need to contact the University Registrar's office and get the finer details.

Hi Kamalpreet,
You cannot apply if you fail in any subject, you may find programs not requiring maths such as chemistry, environmental science, agriculture, etc. but you won't be considered for admissions if you don't clear all the subjects. So repeat your maths paper and bring out a pass mark firstly.

Hi Madhu,
This will depend on what you want to study. For Bachelor's degree one needs to take tests like SAT or ACT. For PG courses one needs to take GRE. Again, for MBA courses one needs to take the GMAT. In addition one must also give the IELTS or TOEFL to meet English language requirements. Also, the above tests may not be required by every university or country.
What do you mean by free scholarship? Scholarships are awarded on merit basis, if you have a good profile you will get a scholarship and will depend on the university.
