If you are good in studies try MBA with CAT as it has much high prestige than ordinary mba. for that you will need good english and a good coaching. Contact a good coaching near your city.

Scholarships depends on your application which would include your essays, your percentage as well as your score in the international standarized tests(IELTS or TOEFL).
If you have impressive credentials which exceed the university's expectations, you would get a scholarship without any problem. There are plenty scholarship opportunities available.

As for the Oasis -Exclusive SMU learning center is concerned, it is just a study center and other than this there are many other study centers that the University has all over India.
