Dear Prasad, For Networking CCNA, MCSE will definitely help you out. these are two certifications for different Operating Servers. CCNA will be useful if you works on Solaris. and MCSE is for Windows Servers. Alternatively you can also check for RHCE which is based on Linux Servers.

all the courses are approved by UGC, & certifications are regular mode.as per distance learning programs of the university all the courses are dec approved. the joint commitee approval is not necessary as the distance programs are not out side the university.
