In order to pursue MS in chemical engineering in Canada, you have to take the GRE and IELTS. MBA is a Masters' degree program and with a HSC and graduate degree it is not possible to pursue MBA. In order to pursue this course you will have to be eligible for the same.
You can opt to write your PUC through the Private boards like NIOS. After this you will require to attain a graduate degree after which you can apply for the MBA course.
