Its good to know that you wish to pursue MBA, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad, you need to have at least 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
In order to pursue MBA, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
As you have completed your BBA, it would be advisable for you to work for some years and gain relevant and knowledgeable work experience and then apply for MBA.

There are lots of course after but only you can decide which is better for you
such as MSc microbiology and Biotechnology is good going courses microbiology opens your area to research to industrial level where as Biotechnology is much more broad area including research to industrial level.
MBA is totally different field from them
If your more focus on career and salary you can choose Microbiology or Biotechnology
As microbiologist you can get job easily in industry as quality control
or in various CSIR research Labs as JRF SRF or RA.
