Hi dear mohammed Jibran, being an MBA student one thing I can strongly say that the kind of knowledge depth one possesses, that will decide the Minimum or Maximum overall the range of salary structure one can bargain. So what I believe that EThames is paying high salary ranges i mean anything not less than or least CTC of Rs.3.6 Lac for entry level positions to Rs.12+Lacs for higher positions approximately.

As stated by @Neeraj Gupta a graduation is important but is not the actual source to be able to attain a good job option these days and sustaining the same with great growth opportunities is rare too. I would suggest you to either look for some value add courses in the stream you are keen to make a career in or you can also opt for the Masters courses from a good institute.
Also as stated in your question, you plan to pursue B.Sc IT through private mode, hence opting for a certification/ other course will be a huge benefit provided you can manage two courses simultaneously.

Both the fields i.e. MBA finance and MCA, that you have mention are good option, both of these fields have good career prospects.
As you have completed graduation, it would be advisable for you to work for some years and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
