To pursue MS from US , you need to have 16 (10+2+4) years of education, in the present day scenario job situation in the US is not promising, due to global economic turmoil and economic recession.
As India is a developing economy, there is going to plenty of job opportunities in IT and related fields, as you have already completed your masters, so you can pursue MBA, form UK, the duration for MBA degree in UK is 1 year.
