Its good to know that you wish to pursue MBA, US is one of the finest study destination to pursue MBA.
How ever please remember to pursue MBA form good and top ranked university in US, you need to have at least 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
As you are currently working, it would be advisable for you to continue working for at least 2-3 years and then opt for MBA.

There are lot of job opportunity for you in software field.You can try in various company like TCS, WIPRO, IBM, CTS, INFOSYS, etc. These are some well known names in software industry. I would suggest you to register yourself with various job portals like Naukri, Times Jobs, Monster, etc. and also constantly go through Employment News for immediate help.

Every University/College will have different criteria to take admission in their LLB programme, however a graduate student can go for LLB but the correspondence degree as suggested by Priya needs to be through an Authorized Educational body.

GRE is a test which student need to take who wish to pursue MS form US, as the medium of education in US universities is English, so all the international students whose first or native language is not English, have to take either TOEFL or IELTS test to prove their English language proficiency.

All the masters programs, which are offered by universities in Germany to international students, their medium of education is English. LOR (Letter of recommendation) is a reference given by professors/lecturers or manager/ supervisors to their students or employees.
Most of the universities in Germany require 2-3 LORs, the LOR can be:
Academic LOR ;issued by professors/lecturers.
Professional LOR; issued by manager/ supervisors.
If you have work experience , then you need to have at least 1 professional LOR,where as if you do not have any work experience you need to submit only academic LOR.

To pursue MS from US , you need to have 16 (10+2+4) years of education, in the present day scenario job situation in the US is not promising, due to global economic turmoil and economic recession.
As India is a developing economy, there is going to plenty of job opportunities in IT and related fields. as you have already completed your masters, so you can pursue MBA, form UK, the duration for MBA degree in UK is 1 year.
To pursue MBA form good universities in UK, you need to have 2-3 years of full time work experience.
