Hi Mohit,
As you did your B.tech, by this M.tech seems more an obvious option provided you are keen to pursue a career in continuation to your current field and want to make a future in technology but if you are keen to change your career stream and want to pursue Management as a career then opt for the MBA option.
There are several institutes offering courses both in case of M.Tech / MBA, the admissions take place on the basis of qualifying an entrance exam and to know about these you may refer to the following links:

Depends on whether you have work experience or not and whether the course you are applying for requires work experience or not. Incase there is a work experience requirement, then letters of recommendations should be from your immediate supervisor/manager. Incase there is no work experience requirement, the LOR's have to be written by your professors.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.

Keep giving mock papers and see which section(s) you are scoring the least. Study for those sections and focus more on them. Once you have started reaching 1500 mark in mock tests, consider yourself ready to score atleast 1400 in the actual one.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.

The best possible course for you would be a Msc in Chemistry since you have a background in the same. You can also apply for MBA if you want to shift towards the management side. There are various career options that you can opt for. Let me know your choice of career so that we can take this discussion forward.

Hi Priya,
It would depend on the level of the programme you want to opt for if you are looking Diploma or short term courses you can get admission directly after your 12th however you are looking for Bachelor's degree or PG Diploma programmes through, the Institutes like NIFT, NID, JD Institute of Technology, Pearl Academy etc. you need to sit for an Entrance Examination. Preferred is that you have a science background with Math but if you dont have Math then you need to do a foundation course in top rung Institutes like NIFT.
