Firstly setup ur mind what do yo want. if you started with engineering then first of all you have to complete ur enginnering.Atmost you will have secure degree for engineering. then if necessary you can join hotel managemnet by giving all india hotel management join entrance exam (nchmct) or some colleges take direct admissions but i think you should be completely attention on your engineering degree.i just want to say that once you get the degree then your life will be secure.after engineering you have to search jobs. whatever first jobs related to engineering may be low salary or post may be below ur expectation.but you have to do. after 2 years you will be get good salary package with good post.so continue with ur degree.

Admissions to most of the engineering institutes is done on the basis of entrance examination. However, this may vary as different institutes have different eligibility criteria and admission procedure.
