Since this is a new course introduced in India and by a premier institute I cannot definitely say anything about the ROI and the placement scenario. But refer to this link http://www.sibm.edu/admissions/MBAI2.html and read very carefully. Ask yourself these questions and figure out:-
1. Does this course suits my personality?
2. Do I love to take risks and have perseverance to sustain it?
3. Can I be innovative and have guts to implement my own ideas and market it?
4. Do I have what it takes to be fit into this industry segment?
Also do mention about the total fee structure of the entire course. Then I would be in better position

If you are looking for a government recognized university for an MBA you must at least hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline obtained through the 10+2+3 system or an equivalent qualification with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA of any of the Universities which are recognized by the Ministry of HRD.
If you are looking at other private institutions, you should have completed some sort of a graduation course to pursue your masters. You should note that these criteria might differ from college to college and you must visit their website for more information.
