Hi Vishal, of course aeronautical engineering has a very good scope. It is a very different Engineering specialisation and not many students opt for it. Hence, the pay package as well as the ease to find jobs is high. If you have the marks then do go for this field. In bot, India and abroad you will have good job opportunities.
Are you planning for a UG or PG? The process of application for both is different in UK.
In the UK, UG engineering programs are of 3 years in duration. Courses commence in September and one can not apply directly to the Universities(most of them). You need to apply through UCAS and the last date is 30 June. You have the provision of applying to 5 Universities and UCAS charges GBP 21 for it. There is a small intake in Jan, for which you don't have to go through UCAS and you can apply directly. At least 50% in 12 to get into the bottom ranked university or college. Or if you take the foundation route then you will have to study for an extra year and for that the course will commence in Jan and the main course in sep. IELTS minimum of 6.0 is expected. You need to fill the application online and upload the documents also before submitting the application.
Documents required to apply for admission (PG)- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS ( 6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.

The factors that are involved in you getting a scholarship are:
1) Scholarship Essay: Plays a very important role in a student getting a scholarship. This essay is the medium through which you convey to the university why they should grant you a scholarship.
2) You 12th score/UG score, SAT/GRE score and TOEFL score play a very important role in getting you a scholarship.
3) Need and Merit: Usually scholarships are awarded on the basis of merit(factors that i have mentioned above) but there are many universities that offer a need based scholarship to international students. Basically a need based scholarship is the type of scholarship granted to a student who has a family financial crisis and is in no position no fund his education.
