Hi Jitesh, MCI recognistion will ocme secondary, if you want to study PG medicine abroad then you need to register with the respective medical council first and only then you will be able to pursue it. It is likely that for your overseas qualification to be recognised in India, you may have to appear for exams conducted by MCI and if you license is due.
Also, such a list is only available with MCI and you will need to approach them for it as it is not available on the net.
The overseas medical registration can take you over a year. So if you interested in spending 2-3 years for registration alone let me know. I shall detail the process

HI Dimple, you might face trouble visa wise and part time job wise if you go to a college and for a Diploma. I would suggest you to go to a University and for a UG Degree than a Diploma so that you can easily work part time.
