If it is ISC then i think that if you have failed in any subject then you can give retest on those subjects again. But you can't give again ISC(class 12) after obtaining ISC marksheet. Only You give retest on those failed subjects

hello priyanaka,Firt you will have to take the English Efficiency test to apply for the colleges after that you will ave to submit your score to selected Istitues/Uni.the Uni will short list the students and if you get selected you will have to apply for a bank loan.After the Bank issues the loan amount the Uni will once again check for suffiency in Balance then you have certain tests and Visa processing.you will fly Abroad after that :)
