Although, Amity is not AICTE recognized, but as it is UGC recognized, it doesn't require AICTE recognition. Reason being these Education Councils are there for promotion of Educational Institutions and providing grants to various institutions. They look after the integrated development of education and maintain educational standards. So, what is important is that the Institute should be recognized by one of these organizations not all & as Amity University is recognized by UGC it doesnt require AICTE recognition. Hi Ajay,
If you want to take admission in second year in a different University, the possibility is really low as in India we dont have a transfer system. However, as every University has its own admission criterion you may try in few of the Universities by contacting them directly. I would like to add here, to get transfer from one University to another you need to get clearance and transfer certificate from the previous University which make things even more difficult.

If you are talking about Prestige Institute of Management and Research, their admission eligibility is 50% aggregate marks in Graduation and the candidate needs to appear for MET, an Entrance conducted by Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board.

There are many Universities in Singapore depending on your preference if you want to do a UK,USA or Australian MBA in Singapore. The requirements are 10th,12th , degreee marksheets. 2 recommendation letters, 2 reference letters from work place, passport copy, letter stating that your medium of cnduct is english (if you havent given your IELTS or TOEFL).
