Hi Aparna,
As you have completed your MBBS, you can go for MD or MS.
But if you are looking for admission in USA than I am sorry to inform you that,American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS.
In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools that require four years of graduate study and award the MD or DO degree. if u r failed once in compartment u can appear again. if u appear like this u will have to appear in only that paper in which u were fail, but if u go through u will have to appear in all papers. so, my advice to u is to work hard and clear the same exam.

As already the other experts have rightly stated that although you are eligible to opt for either of the mentioned career options but then you can actually take up CS if you are keen to develop a career in the administering and secretarial environment or else you may opt for CWA which is a branch of Accounts dealing in the Cost & Management Accountancy of the organization and helping the management in case of making economic strategies.
You need to analyze your self interests and based on which you can take up a decision.
