Well as very correctly mentioned by Ankit, RBI is a regulatory body and there are no posts for the PO positions but then there are many Banking organizations that carry out this vacancy and you can apply to those.
To be eligible for the bank POs exam the minimum requirement is a graduate degree and one needs to qualify the exam and then the interview to be selected for the positions.

Well although it will entirely depend on your area of interest and your career goals, I believe that you should be practicing CA as a complete career as this is an independent education and has its own professional path to follow. CS or LL.B are quite different from CA and offers a different career options, although you can pursue these courses but then the relevance in comparison to your present qualification is less.
Instead you can also opt for the MBA programs, if interested. There are several institutes offering this course and to know about the same, please refer to the link below:
