Study the profile of the multinational pharmaceutical companies, and assess which are the companies that interest you as potential employers. Accordingly, you may pick up the foreign language that is native to the country where the pharmaceutical company/ companies of your choice are based. It could help you to study the literature / papers published by the researchers at the home base. If you wish to pursue a PhD abroad in say countries like Germany or France or Switzerland, you could learn French or German, depending upon what is easily learnt at your location. Since you aren't likely to get placed abroad after BPharm or MPharm, it isn't necessary to focus on the foreign language for direct employ ability.

Going with your profile, UK would be the best study destination for you, as you are pursuing 12+3 education, and all the universities in UK accepts this pattern of education, US universities requires 12+4 years of education for their Masters program.

The eligibility criteria for Masters Course in UK universities are:
1. Good academic background throughout, preferably 55%-60% in graduation.
2. IELTS(International english language testing system) is out of 9 Bands, and you need to 6.5-7 bands in this.
You need to apply early in order to avail sponsorships, it is university specific, some university may have test for scholarships and some may not.

Scholarships are competitive and awarded to the most deserving students. At the graduate level you can get funding in the form of graduate assistantships where you work or research with professors. In exchange you may get your entire/partial tuition fees waived, and get a monthly stipend to cover your living expenses. Such awards are very competitive.
