Well both the courses are good but entirely different from one another and having rarest of similarities in the curriculum offered and also prospects available. If you are keen to pursue a career in the technical stream and wish to develop a career in the IT sector, then definitely BCA is a good course option, but if you are looking forward to pursue a career in non technical or a management course then better you opt for BBA program which is far benefiting in a management discipline, however there is no such constraint for entering the management domain.

Admission Procedure
For taking admission, a candidate should apply only through the specific application form attached with the Information Bulletin.
1. Fees can be paid in cash or through Bank Draft or Pay Order in favour of Chanakya IAS Academy payable at New Delhi.
2. All payments are to be made in advance at the time of admission.
3. Three recent passport size photographs have to be submitted at the time of admission.
4. Admission formalities have to be completed five days before the commencement of the batch.
5. Documents to be submitted at the time of admission:
Certificate and mark sheet of Class Xth & XIIth.Certificate and mark sheet of graduation (if the candidate has already graduated).Residence proof of parents

IMO, the best one would be SJMSOM as IITs carry a big brand name.

Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to top management.
Airport Manager ,manages, supervise and coordinates operations and maintenance of the Hollister Municipal Airport, coordinate assigned activities with other City Departments and outside agencies and to provide administrative support to the Director of Public Works.

MCA course is suitable for those who wish to have a career in Software
An MCA degree holder will have great job opportunities in top level IT companies and consultancy firms. A person with MCA can become Software Programmer, Software Engineer, Software Developer, Systems Analyst, Software Application Architect, and Software Consultant
Thus, for working purpose an MCA is preferred but for Research purpose always M.Sc.Computer Science will be preferred.
MSc computer science is 2 years course where as MCA is a 3 year course.
