Yes! you can apply in the Jan intake if your result is ready by end of October. But it should be no later than that. Most spring intake universities accept applications till end of October, mid of November. Hence, your scores should be ready by end of October.

Some how I do not agree, there is not gender preference to pursue any course or a career but yes more and more men prefer opting for the course than females but this does not rule out that a female cannot pursue a career in hardware and networking.
CCNA is a basic certification in networking, to get bright opportunities you should opt to update yourself with further certifications like CCNP, CCIE etc. There are many institutes in India offering courses in this domain and to know about the same you can refer to the following link:

Well there is no question about being scared about your career path if you are confident and interested in the opted field. Just because the ratio of females in this domain is far less to men does not concludes that the networking field is gender based and best for men or anything of that at all.
You can definitely opt for the various courses available through CISCO in this field like CCNP or CCIE or others.
