You can get a seat in the university with these credentials. Infact, your BE percentage is pretty impressive.
However, i have just one concern. You verbal score is a bit little towards the lower end. Even though it won't create any problems, I would recommend confirming your eligibility with the university just incase. Also, you would be required to take the TOEFL and score atleast 90+ in that.

Hi Abinash,
If you are from low financial background I would suggest you to start searching for a job, I am sure as you have BBA finance Degree you would be able to secure a decent job. Once you have a job in hand you can opt for some Post graduate diploma program in your related field that is finance and then later after having a good 5-6 years of work experience and some amount of money in hand you can plan to do a full time or a part time program from Institutes like FMS which would be quite economical.

WASE program is mainly designed only for the non B.Tech/ B.E graduates and the exact qualification required to pursue WASE is a B.Sc. ( Computer Science/Electronics, Physics, and Mathematics) / BCM / BCA degree from a recognized University and should have studied Maths in +2 as a qualifying subject.
Based on this eligibility criteria, it seems that you cannot apply for the course.
As for the fee is concerned, to know about this you will have to contact the Wipro training center as the center would be able to provide you with the accurate fee information.
