Most of the recognized Universities in India offers Ph.D programs and as it is a research program you can get Computer Science as the field to pursue the doctoral course.

See doing MBA from private or distance university will not be a good cup of tea . rather u should go for regular MBA programme to learn the depth of this degree , also placements are nice for MBA students in regular universities .
