As rightly suggested by Smriti, BSIM is a degree more related to IT Marketing whereas you are planning for your MBA in HR, so HR Management degree will only be beneficial if in case you want to change the track of your career. However, HR is a one of the popular specialization and can get you good job opportunities but it would be difficult to change your career track from IT to HR rather as suggested by Ms. Smriti go for MBA IT. However, may i ask if there is any particular reason why you wish to do a masters in nanotechnology from NZ? (like presence of family etc) If there is no specific reason, i would encourage you to have a look at the options available in India (IIT's, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore etc). There is a lot of good research in this field in India currently.
Also, it might be a good idea to check out some good universitie
