As you have completed your graduation, it would be advisable for you to work for some years and then opt for pursuing further studies.

The best option after BE is Masters programme in EC. However, even after your BE you can find job opportunities but if you don't want to get into Masters level programme and neither want to go for job then you can opt for some short term courses in PLC, Embedded Systems, VLSI designing etc.
