The most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your higher degree is your own interests and career aspirations. Coming back to choosing a degree between MCA and M.Sc CS in case you are more inclined towards Research and teaching go for M.Sc CS on the other hand if you are technology driven person then go for MCA.
I would like to add here that different institutes will have different eligibility criteria so, there may be institutes which require B.Sc degree, so you have to individually check with various Institutes for the degree requirement.

The various roles in which a mechanical engineer can perform are Application Engineer, Associate Professor, CAD Designer, Lead Engineer, Mechanical Design Engineer, Mechanical Project Engineer, PEC Structural Analysis, Senior Mechanical Engineer,Technical Officer
Nowadays there are plenty of job vacancies for Mechanical graduates in Government sectors and other reputed companies. DRDO, Indian Oil, NTPC, BPCL and BHEL are some of the government sectors that recruit mechanical engineers. Honda, Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, Mahindra & Mahindra are some well known industries which recruit automobile engineers.
