Hi,
Germany is one of the finest study destination to pursue masters studies, a masters degree form universities in Germany is world wide acclaimed and acknowledged.
To pursue masters in Germany you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 65%-70% plus in graduation .
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
GRE score of 1200-1300 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
How ever some universities may also require you to take Subject GRE test.

Well as per my knowledge, there are no such companies that accept GATE or CAT scores for recruiting the professionals.
Do not get pampered with flowery options which talks about the above. Only after thorough research, take a step so as to avoid any regret later.

Comparing two or more institutions may be quite unfair as there are no set parameters based on which you plan to carry out the comparison but then VIT B-school is a reputed option to pursue a Management program. The institute offers following programs in MBA other than the BBA and Ph.D in management:
2-year MBA
2-year MBA in International Business
5-year Integrated B. Tech-MBA degree
The institute is a reputed and affiliated to the VIT University, Vellore. If you have been shortlisted by this institute, all I can advise is to consider VIT along with other options for which you stand eligible.

Its never too late to apply for your degree hence I would suggest you to apply for the same at the University where in your pursued your Graduation.
But then, not having a certificate of degree holds no restriction from studying ahead when you have the necessary marksheets to prove your qualifications.

It would be unfair to make such comparisons between two institutes, as both of the institutes- IBMR and NBA are quite known but still i feel IBMR is a better option as this institute is affiliated to University of Pune where as NBA seems to be an autonomous institute. Yet you may apply to both based on the courses available there and also on your qualifying the necessary selection rounds, keeping your interests as the priority.
