In the present day scenario the job situation in US is not very promising, due to global economic turmoil and economic recession.
To get jobs overseas you need to first compete with the natives of that country and than with the remaining international applicants.

Since your percentage is below 55% and for universities 45% which is mandatory for regular MBA, you cannot do a full-time MBA.
But you are very much eligible for Part-time MBA,
