Hi,
Transfer during the 4th year study is not possible in US. Complete your bachelors and then apply for a masters program directly.
There is a very good scope of nursing in US. Do not think twice and apply for masters once you have completed your UG
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.

You do not need to go after Degree qualifications to enter the field unless you are keen to pursue an Academic Career (teaching). You can go for a good certification program. Alternatively, your graduation can enable you to take lateral entry into a second graduation while saving time. Masters in this field is not well developed in India yet. You can check this by comparing Bachelors and Masters programs at some Universities. You are likely to find similar content in both. Hope you get the point.
Wish you the best for your career. Remember, your Career is a resultant of your knowledge combined with your passion and expression ability.

Whenever there is such kind of confusion one must try to listen to the inner voice and decide. If it is difficult for you to evaluate yourself as to in which stream the work would be easy for you then the best option is to go the one which instantly attracts you. I also suggest that you give bank exams and try to get into the banking sector.

Please do not seek correspondence courses in a conceptual field. You'd end up with just a paper qualification and employers would shy away from you. If you are very keen, arrange to attend evening batches at some institute of your choice. You can go for a good certification program. Wish you the best for your career. Remember, your Career is a resultant of your knowledge combined with your passion and expression ability. If you like this answer you may select it as best answer or press like. Hi,
You can pursue MS in Microelectronics from Bits Pilani(Dubai). It is an Indian College having a campus in Dubai. It is a very good and renowned college. For further details, please visit http://www.bitsdubai.com/M.E.Microelectronics.pdf
Fee details as well as entrance exam details are mentioned on the link.
Let me know if you are not interested in microelectronics so that i can suggest some other courses. Also, let me know if you are okay in studying in US because US is a much better destination than UAE to pursue MS in engineering. Let me know!
