Yes, it is a good option if you are willing to take your career in technical field and continue. MCA is a Master's degree with professional in technical skills and for IT background it is well suited.
But, if you are willing to change your career from technical to management sector and then instead MCA you can pursue MBA in IT or engineering or MBA in operations.
