The correspondence courses that you want to pursue would depend a lot on your career aspirations. Once you decide which area of finance you are keen on, you can pick up courses based on it. No, 12th class and graduation marks are not important for UPSC exams. Only the minimum criteria of 50% should be fulfilled. For some positions and vacancies minimum marks may be greater than 50% but they do not give any weightage to these marks in selection criteria.
