MCA is the sufficient qualification to start your career as IT professional. M.Tech after MCA will make you a specialist in your chosen field and you can make career as a technologist, architect or designer. You may seek admission in M.Tech if you are highly technically inclined. If you are not highly technically inclined then you may opt for job after MCA and grow into techno managerial role as team lead, PM and program manager. As M.Tech you will get only 15 to 25% additional salary over what a fresh MCA will get. In case you are planning to pursue M.Tech then target to do M.Tech from IITs or NITs after clearing GATE.

Hi Kabir,
There are many colleges and abroad may indicate a vast term. You have to specific with the country choice if you have decided. On the whole you can consider Germany, Canada, US, Australia and Singapore for your studies. The eligibility varies from country and university. To study in US you must take your SAT. For all other countries you can apply without SAT (Singapore may require), additionally take the TOEFL or IELTS. For a list of universities you may check this:

Hi,
In B.Com, knowledge productivity/potential is larger than BBA for banking sector and if you wish to pursue MBA in core finance (law-taxation, auditing, risk management, investment banker) profile, many papers have same tune from B.Com, which will help you to boost knowledge to score better. For financial product sales you can choose BBA, in MBA core finance it is good to have 55-60 percentage in graduation as MNCs demand for the same during the placement.

Hi,
Integrated management course is a good option as it will give you ample opportunity to apply basics soon after completing the graduation. Your concepts will be strengthened. At the end, corporates do look for Masters, so an integrated Masters will bring to you an equivalent profile as that of other peers.
