Hi Bhagirath,
As you have got a low score I would suggest you to go for some professional courses depending on your stream say a computer course of 4 years from NIIT, or courses like secretarial practice, or tourism etc. along side you can go for a correspondence Bachelors degree. The most important thing you should keep in mind while choosing you course is your own interests and career aspirations.

Have you given AIEEE ? If yes then on the basis of your rank you can get into NITs , if the ranks are lower you can get into various other private colleges.

Hey.Thomas,my choice exactly. Even now i study HC Verma, solve the problems when ever i feel like doing so. especially those related to kinetic friction/rolling fri/is-adeabatic, vector products, electricity. But you forgot to add MODERN PHYSICS BY MURUGESHAN, QUANTUM MECHANICS BY AGGARWAL . Just update your list and you'll be the best and from now on i'll direct the questions to you:)
