As mentioned you have a strong background of research field.I would suggest you to go forward in the same field.As far as Clinical Research is concerned.You can always join a diploma course to get the basic of the field.And you can anytime enter into the field with your eligible education background.There are organizations which demands candidates of your background.So in this way you will have a wide opportunity for both fields.And as the fields are related so it will not be difficult fpr you to perform as well.

Well to be honest, there are very few institutes that offer Journalism in UG level. If you want you can opt for courses like Eng. Hons, Hindi hons. and then in your PG you can pursue Journalism.
