You are eligible to apply to the colleges which are offering B.Com programs but it will depend on the merit and the cut off of the college that you have applied.

As correctly mentioned by Neeraj in the above answer, you can look for some institutes where in an Arts student without Maths is eligible for BCA regular program, but in future getting into MCA course would be difficult without having studied Maths.
