As correctly mentioned by Neeraj in the above answer, you can look for some institutes where in an Arts student without Maths is eligible for BCA regular program, but in future getting into MCA course would be difficult without having studied Maths.

As for the scope for BCA and BMM is concerned, both the courses are entirely different from each other i.e. BCA is a Technical course best suited for those with intent to pursue an IT career where as BMM is a Mass Media course best suited to those who are keen to pursue career in fields like Advertising, Media, Journalism, PR etc.
