The most important thing which one should keep in mind while choosing the career stream is your own interests and career aspirations, as rightly put by Namit, the options could be M.Com, MBA, CA etc. the other options could be CWA, CS, MFC etc.

To pursue a CEH that is a Certified Ethical Hacking course, there is no such constraint of the minimum percentage, instead it is more about your interest which matters.
There are a few institutes which offer CEH, IT /Network Security courses and to know about the same you may refer to the following link:

Well to be honest, there are very few institutes that offer Journalism in UG level. If you want you can opt for courses like Eng. Hons, Hindi hons. and then in your PG you can pursue Journalism.
Few of the institutes that you can look for are

IP college DU
DCAC
Hindu
Amity Univ etc.
