If you are a resident of Delhi then you hold a chance to get in DTU, else it seems quite impossible. There is 5% reservation under CW quota. You can try for other regional colleges to get the benefit of your quota.
Good luck!

It can be a good option if you are not having any other better college to join. Before joining any college, you should thoroughly go through its previous year placement record, alumni network, infrastructure, etc.

I am sorry to say this but I don't believe you can. However, there is no harm in trying and if luck favors you, there might be some chance during spot round. You can also apply for information technology as your second choice.

Moderation policy is in favor of students this bridges the difference between difficulties experienced in solving the question in a specified time due to misinterpretation/ambiguity of questions and errors, if any, leading to multiplicity of performance and causing constraints on consumption of time for other questions. This will also helps to level up the mean achievements in the set-wise performance of the candidates attributable to the difference in the difficulty level of different sets of question papers in the multiple sets scheme. So if you have done well in 12th exams than you will definitely meet yours goal.
