Let me clear your doubt that B.Tech is fully a professional course & CS in it is much better than CS in B.Sc. So I'll suggest you to go for it.
Moreover, all the central institutions like NITs, IITs, IIITs, Central Universities, etc. are good to study at. In addition to it, certain other are also good like D.Y. Patil, BITS, etc. But what you choose completely depends on you. It depends on how you can go with B.Tech's challenging study curriculum, the study environment of the educational institution also is important. Give importance to all and decide finally. Best of luck.

Hello Jayesh Badwal,
Almost all colleges in Mumbai give admission based on MHT CET and not on JEE Mains. Hence you must appear for this exam and score good marks. A very miniscule percent seats are reserved for "All India Quota" and these are filled up using JEE Mains. Hence cut off marks for JEE Mains has no relevance.

Yes, you can easily get aeronautical branch with that score. Placements in aeronautical is quite average. However, the facilities and the exposure for the branch in MIT is great. We have student's club called aero MIT, which gives one hands on experience on aeronautical engineering.
